Eurogen Energy Inc., a Texas corporation was formed in May of 2011, as a special purpose entity to make investments in various energy ventures, particularly in oil, gas and other energy public and private projects investments.

The company's sole activities are limited to purchasing, holding and selling the investments. The company expects to aggregate the proceeds into a pool and create a diverse portfolio of Investments under such arrangements as the Company deems desirable.

The company makes Investments in all types and forms of ownership rights in private energy, oil and gas projects as well as the acquisition of publicly traded stock of companies in the energy industry.
